Learn to cook traditional dishes and then enjoy them with the wines recommended by our Sommelier.
The experience will teach you how to cook two of the following traditional dishes:
Whole wheat bread, tomato, garlic, basil, olive oil
Farro, beans, tomato, onion, garlic, celery, carrot, bay leaf, rosemary, parmesan cheese, oil, toasted bread
Pasta, beans or chickpeas, rosemary, tomato, garlic, oil
Soy beverage, sugar, soy cream, Pavesini biscuits, coffee, chocolate, turmeric
Whole wheat flour, brown sugar, butter, egg, jam
Farro flour, brown sugar, soy yogurt, sunflower oil, egg, apple, yeast, lemon
